Vivian Chen is a self-taught web developer and a designer. She perseveres in frontend technology with her interests in web animation, data visualization, and interactivity. Coming from a design background, she focuses on not only the functionality and performance of a website but also usability, visual design, and user experience. In the process of product development, she prioritizes communication within the team, between users and stakeholders. Her experiences as a UI/UX designer and her continuous pursuit of user-centered design are her greatest asset as she transitions into the role of developer. She strives to be a bridge that connects people and optimizes the product development process.

This project introduced resources to people who are interested in coding in rural areas.
